US Fish & Wildlife - Cokeville Meadows; Maintenance and Quarters, Cokeville, WY
Yerba Buena was contracted to construct a 3,600 SF maintenance shop and quarters at a remote location in western Wyoming. This project included the construction of a two bay vehicle storage area, a maintenance shop and a two bedroom quarters or housing area. The housing area also included a shop and fully functioning office space. Site improvements included a new septic system and the installation of a 100 LF deep water well. An energy efficient HVAC system was installed. Additional insulation was added in the exterior walls to decrease the energy loss and increase utility savings.
